Right of Withdrawal

If the product is not personalized (see below), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Atul Kumar, Grootsruhe 1, 20537 Hamburg, Germany, contact.devjewels@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
